Conducting business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable health information privacy is a key component of MBA’s business strategy. This includes laws including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and privacy standards established by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to protect an individual’s identifiable health information from unauthorized disclosure.
